Temporary employment

Temporary employment is a concept with which JOB CENTER transfers its worker to the User, so that the worker signs the work contract, and the user the contract on transfer of the worker.

By signing the contract JOB CENTER ensures its workers all rights that belong to him by contract and law, whereas the employer is relieved from all administrative and other affairs regarding employment and he is enabled to concentrate on his basic business.

JOB CENTER does the following instead of the user-employer:

  • Searches, contacts and selects workers,
  • Defines and signs the contract with workers,
  • Registers and withdraws the workers from health care and pension insurance,
  • Calculates and pays salary to the workers, delivers the calculation,
  • Keeps obligatory monthly and yearly records, workers’ register book, records on vacation…
  • Writes and delivers statistical and other reports, workers’ certificates...

The concept of temporary employment is optimal for:


  • Seasonal demand for workers
  • Timely limited jobs
  • Sudden or quick growth of business operations
  • Substitute for temporary absent workers (maternity leave, sick leave, vacation…)
  • Temporary need for workers of other profile which the employer does not usually employ
